Resort Policies for Renters

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is 1PM. Check-out is noon. If you wish to extend your stay, please notify the office as soon as possible.

PARKING: Please park on your site and limited to one car/truck and motorcycle.

QUIET HOURS: 10PM to 8AM

SPEED LIMIT: 10 MPH 

VEHICLES: No damaged, dirty or unlicensed vehicles on site. No repairs on sites unless approved in advance. Vehicle washing is permitted. Fee is $5 per vehicle.

CAMPFIRES: No open fires of any kind are permitted, except in the fire pit located next to the Recreation Hall.

TRASH: Trash will be picked up at your site if it is put out by 10AM daily. If you can not get trash out to be picked up, the dumpster is located in the back of the park.

CLOTHESLINES / SCREEN ROOMS: Clotheslines are allowed but only if they are permanently attached to the rear of the RV. Please- no stand-alone screened rooms.

SMOKING: NO smoking in any of the buildings and please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.

POOL: Hours and rules are posted at the pool.

SCHEDULED MOWING: We have a mowing service once a week and they will mow within one foot of parked RVs.

PETS: Always pick up after your pets. NO EXCUSES! Please keep your pet on a leash unless within the Pet Play Area. Do not leave your pet outdoors when you leave your site and please do not let your pet disturb your neighbors. Pets are not permitted inside of buildings or the pool area.
