Booking Policy

Rates include two (2) personal vehicles. Additional vehicle parking may be available, please inquire with the Resort Office.  Monthly rates do not include electric usage. Electric usage will be billed back to the payment method on file at the completion of each month of reservation and once more after check-out and departure (rates are determined at the prevailing electric rate per kWh).  Late check-outs may be available, by request only. Please inquire with the Resort Office in advance. Guests who remain on site after check-out time will be billed a late checkout fee of $25.00, and after 1:00 PM there will be an additional night’s stay.  Any damages to the RV site or Resort Property, and any outstanding accounts will be billed back to the payment method on file after check-out and departure.  All visitors must check in at the Resort Office.

Deposit Policy

Stays less than seven (7) days are paid in full at the time of booking. Unless otherwise approved by a property manager. Stays seven (7) days or more require a 25% deposit at the time of booking and balance must be paid in full no later than two (2) weeks prior of arrival. Monthly stays require a 25% deposit at the time of booking, and the remaining balance for the first month is due, the day scheduled to arrive. The remaining balance for each month thereafter is paid monthly on the first day of the month and is considered late after the 5th of the month.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelations made more than 60 days prior to arrival, the entire deposit will be refunded to the payment method on file minus a $25.00 cancelation fee.

Cancelations made 30-60 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded to the payment method on file.

Cancelations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.  There are no refunds or prorations for no shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
