Our Park's Rules & Regulations

These Rules & Regulations are designed to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and upkeep, in keeping with our “Good Neighbor Policy.” We appreciate your cooperation, which helps ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone.

Vehicle Policy

Speed Limit within the Resort is 10 mph. Drive only on the roadways and never through a site.

Keep vehicular noise to a minimum.  Sleeping in personal vehicles, or anywhere outside your RV is strictly prohibited.   Vehicles in a state of disrepair will not be allowed to remain on Resort Property.  One (1) habitable and two (2) non-habitable vehicles are allowed per site. All vehicles must be parked completely within the designated site. Do not park along roadways, or in vacant sites.  ATVs, UTVs, and dirt bikes or similar motorized vehicles are not allowed on the Resort property.  Extra vehicles, including boats & trailers, must be parked in designated parking areas. Communicate with the Resort Office if you need to park additional vehicles. Additional fees may

apply.  Onsite repairing of motor vehicles is prohibited.  Anyone operating any motorized vehicle must have a valid driver’s license, this includes golf carts. RV washing is permitted for a fee of $30.00 per RV/per wash, including the use of mobile services if the Resort water is used. You can obtain a vehicle washing pass from the Resort Office. Obtain a washing pass prior to washing vehicle(s). Please use a water restricting devise or shutoff nozzle, do not let water run freely while in use.Deposit Policy

Stays less than seven (7) days are paid in full at the time of booking. Unless otherwise approved by a property manager. Stays seven (7) days or more require a 25% deposit at the time of booking and balance must be paid in full no later than two (2) weeks prior of arrival. Monthly stays require a 25% deposit at the time of booking, and the remaining balance for the first month is due, the day scheduled to arrive. The remaining balance for each month thereafter is paid monthly on the first day of the month and is considered late after the 5th of the month.

Security

Video cameras may be in use in the common areas of the Resort. These devices are not a guarantee of personal safety or protection of personal property and are not a guarantee against criminal activity. Management is not responsible for lost, stollen, or damaged articles. Please be sure to keep your valuables and bikes locked when not in use.

Site Utilities

Report any issues with your site to the Resort Office.  Utility connections are to be made at assigned site only.

Sewer: All sewer connections must have an airtight seal as required by State & Federal Law. All sewer hoses must be elevated and free from leaks. You must use septic friendly tank treatment and RV toilet paper, no other chemicals or paper products including flushable wipes, paper towels, or feminine products can be used.

Electric: Plug your RV power cord firmly with no space between the plug and chosen receptacle. Turn on the appropriate power breaker after plug has been inserted. Excess cord must be coiled neatly. When departing, turn power breaker off before disconnecting your plug from the receptacle.

Water: A water pressure regulator is recommended

Site Condition

Please keep your RV site tidy and debris free. Only outdoor or patio furniture items intended for outdoor use are allowed outside the RV and must be kept to a minimum. Indoor furniture such as couches, recliners, and end tables are not permitted outside the RV.  Clutter such as garbage, boxes, tools, wood, empty flowerpots, weight benches, clothes lines etc. are not permitted.

Flags of current nations, states, provinces, sports teams, military, & college affiliations are permitted. No other flags are permitted including political party, confederate flags, or flags containing profanity.  Concrete blocks to form structures or brace awnings need to be approved by property managers. Tarps are not permitted. Clotheslines or hanging of laundry are not permitted.  Appliances outside of RV, including Hot Tubs are not permitted. Carpets, mats, lawn chairs, potted plants, etc. must be removed from grass when mowers arrive onsite.

Pet Policy

Non-aggressive pets are welcome, and guest must be able to produce current vaccination records upon request.  Pets must be always kept on a maximum six (6) foot leash while within the resort. Pet kennels, pens, crates, etc. are not permitted. Pet fences must be approved by management.  If approved and the fencing extends onto the grass area the guest must maintain the area.  Failing to do so could result in the privilege being revoked.  Pets shall not be left outside unattended.  Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. All pet waste must be properly disposed of in appropriate trash receptacles.  Pets are prohibited in all resort buildings, including restrooms. For the comfort of all guests, noisy, aggressive, or unruly pets are not allowed. If a pet cannot be controlled, we may require the guest to remove the pet from the property or vacate the resort. The Resort is not responsible for an injury or damage caused by pet(s) and the pet owner will be held accountable for any of these types of incidents. In addition, the owner of the pet that causes injury or damage to others is expected to resolve the issue directly with the injured party.

Site & Resort Amenities

Garbage: place your bagged garbage in front of your site along the roadside before 10:00 AM. After 10:00 AM please utilize the trash containers located by the maintenance shed on the west side of the resort. If additional assistance is needed, please contact the resort office. Dumpsters are limited to normal household trash, no large items. Do not leave garbage out overnight or in an open container to avoid wildlife interaction. The Resort reserves the right to charge for any clean-up performed by staff if these rules are not followed.

Do not use portable grill on picnic tables owned by the resort without protecting the table from heat or food splatter.  Do not cut, trim, or otherwise disturb the natural vegetation in and around the Resort. No nails, screws, or bolts in resort trees.

Failure to comply with pool rules may result in the loss of pool privileges.  No drinks allowed on or around wet deck (four (4) feet from edge of pool).  No glass containers allowed inside pool gate.  No eating except at the tables provided outside of what is known as the wet deck area.  Running, horse playing or diving is prohibited.  No child under the age of 18 is allowed in pool areas without an adult present.

Code of Conduct

Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 8am. Parents are responsible for their children’s and visitors’ behavior and compliance with the Resort Rules. Please be courteous to other guests around you and do not walk through other campsites. Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.

Profanity, violence, or inconsideration toward other guests and/or Resort Staff will not be tolerated.  Leave the resort facilities as you would like to find them. Clean up after using resort

facilities such as rinsing the shower, sink, etc.  No solicitation of business is allowed on Resort property unless specifically permitted such as a Resort sponsored event. Signs for sale of

products, services and sales of RV’s are not allowed. Exceptions such as cottage owners can be approved by management. No smoking, including vaping, in any resort buildings or within 5 feet of said buildings or outdoor recreational amenities. Smokers, please do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground. No possession or use of illegal drugs. The resort is a privately owned resort. Property managers reserve the right to refuse services, ask visitors to vacate or deny access to anyone under any circumstances, if deemed necessary. There are no refunds if you are asked to leave the resort.

Emergency & Safety

After-hours community emergencies, please call 844-285-2099.  If you need to call 911 the Resort address is: 2559 SW Hwy 484, Ocala, Florida 34473. Be sure to provide the communications officer / operator with your site number.   If it is feasible contact the Resort Office if it is during office hours, so staff can be prepared to guide emergency services to your site. 

 Management will make every effort to share alerts or notifications from local and state authorities. However, guests are responsible for staying informed of fire bans or official advisories. Never leave a lit fire pit unattended. Fireworks are strictly prohibited on resort grounds.  Violations of these rules may result in fines or eviction.  If you observe any activity that seems concerning, please notify the Resort Office or Property Managers directly
